Hoje voltei na endócrino, ela ficou feliz com os resultados, me parabenizou bastante e me disse pra não desanimar. Investir nas caminhadas, mesmo, para acelerar o metabolismo pois já perdi muito peso (29 quilos) e a medida que nos aproximamos do peso saudável o metabolismo fica mais lento e , consequentemente, emagrecemos mais devagar. A perspectiva dela é que com essa dieta de 1000 calorias associada a 1 hora de caminhada/dia(hj eu andei!) eu perca 04 quilos por mês. Isso faria com que eu alcance o meu peso saudável (71 quilos ) em 03 meses . Uau !!!Almoço:
Feijão (1 concha média)
Arroz (03 colheres de sopa cheias)
Carne ( 1 porção)
Vegetal A (à vontade)
Vegetal B ( 04 colheres de sopa).
Lanche:
Frutas ou suco de frutas (1 quota)
Jantar:( pode ser substituído pelo cardápio do café da manhã)
Arroz (03 colheres de sopa cheias)
Carne (1/2 porção)
Vegetal A (à vontade)
Vegetal B (04 colheres de sopa)
Tem a tabela de vegetais e de substituições que eu vou postar amanhã. Eu sempre substituo o jantar pela opção do café da manhã e raramente como o pão francês. Prefiro substituir por duas fatias de pão integral. Ao invés do queijo, requeijão light e costumo tomar suco light em vez de leite desnatado. Tem dado certo pra mim e estou postando aqui porque de repente pode ser útil para quem está começando ou querendo sair da própria rotina.

Bem parecido mesmo Cris! É mais "enxuto" (rsss), mas acho que dá para se acostumar né?
Eu acho que para mim é melhor jantar mesmo, senão fico com fome...
